EMEA Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Partner (Temp)
At NiCE, we don’t limit our challenges. We challenge our limits. Always. We’re ambitious. We’re game changers. And we play to win. We set the highest standards and execute beyond them. And if you’re like us, we can offer you the ultimate career opportunity that will light a fire within you.
So, what’s the role all about?
The EMEA Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Partner is a hybrid role that blends sourcing leadership at scale with end‑to‑end recruitment ownership.
First, this role serves as a dedicated sourcing partner for NICE EMEA, supporting a broad range of roles and acting as a key enablement resource for the Talent Acquisition Partners (TAPs) team. You will lead proactive sourcing efforts, build deep talent pipelines, conduct market mapping, and help elevate sourcing capabilities and outcomes across the region.
Second, the role carries full end‑to‑end recruitment responsibility for assigned roles, including intake, stakeholder partnership, proactive sourcing, candidate assessment, and process managment. For these roles, you will operate as the primary hiring partner, owning outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on candidate experience and hiring quality.
This role is ideal for a recruiter who is energized by hands‑on sourcing, thrives in partnership, and takes clear ownership—someone who can operate both in service of the broader TA team and as a standalone recruiting owner.
