So, what’s the role all about?

In this role, you’ll use data and AI‑assisted analysis to turn customer feedback and commitments into clear, actionable insights for Product Management, while also helping improve Salesforce workflows in partnership with a global IT team.

How will you make an impact?

  • Analyze and consolidate customer feedback, enhancement requests, and commitments from multiple sources (e.g., Salesforce, internal tools).
  • Use AI techniques such as summarization, clustering, and trend detection to identify themes, emerging trends, and high‑impact customer needs.
  • Create structured insights, summaries, and dashboards that give Product Management a holistic Voice of the Customer view.
  • Reduce manual analysis effort and improve insight quality through smart automation.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Product Operations to validate insights and ensure data accuracy.
  • Define clear business and functional requirements for Salesforce improvements related to customer commitments, enhancement requests, and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to embed AI into tools (e.g., intelligent categorization, automated summaries, improved search).

Have you got what it takes?

  • Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to structure complex information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with data in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams and time zones.

You will have an advantage if you also have:

  • Coursework or experience in business analysis, data analysis, or reporting.
  • Familiarity with CRM or information systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Interest in Product Management, Product Operations, or Customer Experience (CX).
  • Experience writing requirements or supporting process improvement initiatives.
  • Curiosity about applying AI to real‑world operational and product challenges.
