Product Manager

This role is responsible for defining, driving, and executing the product strategy for a portfolio of NiCE Enterprise solutions integrated into the NiCE CX Platform. The Product Manager will own roadmap development, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional alignment to ensure seamless integration and successful go-to-market execution. 

Acting as a key liaison between the NiCE Enterprise Line of Business (LoB) and the NiCE CX LoB, this role requires strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. You will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, marketing, training, and sales teams to deliver high-impact solutions that enhance customer experience and business value. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Product Strategy & Roadmap 

  • Define and drive the product roadmap for NiCE Enterprise portfolio integrations within the CX Platform 
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs 
  • Identify new opportunities through customer, market, and competitive insights 
  • Develop business cases, including revenue opportunities, use cases, and feature definitions 

Customer & Market Intelligence 

  • Proactively gather feedback from customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders 
  • Analyze market trends, industry developments, and emerging opportunities 
  • Evaluate competitor capabilities, positioning, and pricing to inform strategy 
  • Translate insights into actionable product improvements and innovation 

AI & Innovation Enablement 

  • Leverage AI/LLM capabilities to enhance product workflows and lifecycle efficiency 
  • Utilize AI tools to accelerate documentation, prototyping, and design processes 
  • Identify opportunities to embed generative AI into product features and user experiences 

Cross-Functional Leadership 

  • Act as the primary liaison between NiCE Enterprise and NiCE CX LoBs, driving alignment and resolving conflicts 
  • Partner with Engineering, Architecture, and Operations to deliver scalable solutions 
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Training to support go-to-market initiatives 
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops to define product concepts and requirements 

Execution & Delivery 

  • Lead end-to-end product development, from concept through launch 
  • Create and maintain clear documentation: requirements, user stories, interaction designs, and launch plans 
  • Support data-driven decision-making through analysis and performance insights 
  • Ensure successful delivery of product initiatives through strong project coordination 

Subject Matter Expertise & Enablement 

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned products and features 
  • Train internal teams on new capabilities and product enhancements 
  • Support sales efforts by providing product expertise and participating in key opportunities 
  • Represent the product in customer engagements, demos, and industry events 

 

Required Qualifications 

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) 

Experience 

  • 4+ years of product management experience delivering software products 
  • Strong experience translating business needs into technical requirements and specifications 
  • Proven ability to work across technical and non-technical audiences, including executives 
  • Experience managing competing priorities in fast-paced, high-pressure environments 

Skills 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 
  • Ability to interpret technical concepts and communicate them clearly 
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills 
  • Proficiency with tools for documentation, diagramming, and product planning 
  • Self-starter with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools 
  • Background in telecommunications, SaaS, networking, or cloud-based platforms 
  • Familiarity with Agile, ITSM, or product-led environments 
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously 
  • Experience collaborating closely with engineering and technical teams
