So, what’s the role all about?
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Professional Services Operations Analyst to support our global Professional Services organization at NICE Actimize. This role is ideal for individuals who are strong in PMO operations, data analysis, and Excel-based reporting, with an emerging mindset toward leveraging AI in operational processes.
You will thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and enjoy connecting data across systems to create a single source of truth. This role plays a critical part in enabling operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making across global teams.
How will you make an impact?
- Support operational processes across teams ensuring timely execution
• Track deliverables and follow up until closure
• Collaborate with PMO, Finance, HR, Procurement, and Delivery teams
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Perform business analysis including forecasting and pipeline reporting
• Build and maintain Excel dashboards for reporting and analytics
• Support PMO, finance, and vendor management activities
• Drive AI-based automation initiatives for operational efficiency
• Prepare operational reports and executive summaries
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor operational workflows
• Maintain dashboards and reports
• Perform data consolidation across systems
• Ensure process adherence and documentation quality
• Support pipeline forecasting and reporting
• Collaborate across global stakeholders
• Identify automation opportunities
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
• Experience in PMO or operations roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in global, matrix environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
