Director of B2B Marketing
Nift is disrupting performance marketing, delivering millions of new customers to brands every month. We're actively looking for a Marketing leader to join our Revenue Team.
You will report to the VP of Revenue and will own the strategy & execution of all B2B marketing operations—from GTM, company messaging, sales enablement, digital advertising, event coordination, and lead generation. This role is perfect for a seasoned sales / revenue generating marketing pro who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves diverse challenges, and wants to make a direct impact across all areas of marketing to support our growth trajectory.

What you will do:
- Go to Market: Penetrate our target markets. Attract and retain advertisers, publishers, and consumers through demand generation strategies
- Product Marketing: market research, competitive analysis, and messaging strategy & implementation, sales enablement, monitor performance, and ensure product-market fit. Elevating Nift’s messaging to accelerate, drive adoption, and reduce time to closure
- Marketing Materials & Sales Enablement: Develop sales collateral for each vertical we serve, one-pagers, case studies, and presentation materials; create crisp impactful industry-specific marketing materials supporting verticalized messaging strategy; design and maintain website content, landing pages, and conversion assets that all align.
- Event Management & Coordination: Lead the planning and execution of industry events, trade shows, and networking activities—with support from the team. Oversee pre- and post-event marketing, follow-up sequences, and manage logistics, including booth setup, promotional materials, and lead capture
- Email Marketing & Marketing Automation: Design and implement email nurturing sequences for lead qualification and conversion; create integrated marketing automation connecting paid ads → email → retargeting workflows; develop email campaigns targeting prospects who engage 3+ times with content
- Lead Generation & Digital Advertising: Own and optimize Facebook/Meta advertising campaigns with proven lookalike audiences, scale successful ad campaigns while maintaining conversion quality and cost efficiency, and develop verticalized messaging strategies for different industry segments
- Marketing Operations & Analytics: Implement and maintain marketing technology stack (CRM integration, tracking, analytics); create and maintain performance dashboards for lead generation and conversion metrics; track attribution across multiple touchpoints, campaigns, and events
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales team on proposal materials and client-facing presentations; coordinate with external design resources and manage creative asset development; support data analysis for strategic decision-making and campaign optimization
What you need:
- 8-10+ years of marketing experience across multiple marketing functions, ideally in B2B environments like CMN, RMN, e-commerce, or AdTech
- Prior experience building out marketing functions for small or emerging companies with proven success
- Hands-on, a willingness to roll up your sleeves, figure stuff out
- B2B marketing SME with content development and design coordination experience with sales materials and collateral
- Created crisp messaging & narrative that was very effective in market
- Experience with event planning with strong execution for B2B events, trade shows, or conferences
- Project management experience juggling multiple campaigns, events, and deadlines
- Creative and strategic thinking for content development and campaign optimization
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
- Detail-oriented execution with ability to manage complex projects from start to finish
- A growth mindset with enthusiasm for testing, learning, and continuous improvement
- Comfortable responding to and handling diverse / ever-changing priorities
Strong Proficiency with
- Marketing to Commerce Media Networks and the CMN eco-system
- Facebook Ads Manager & Business Manager proficiency with campaign management
- Email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar)
- Content development tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms)
- Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing analytics tools
- CRM and marketing automation experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Microsoft Office/Google Workspace for presentations and data analysis
