Learner Compliancy Assistant Manager, Credential Support

Position Summary:

The Learner Compliancy Assistant Manager, Credential Support provides strategic oversight and operational leadership for both the New Learner Compliancy and Learner Compliancy teams. This role ensures the consistent application of credentialing standards and compliance policies for existing learners across all courses and supervises the Learner Compliancy Supervisors. The Assistant Manager drives efficiency, monitors key compliance metrics, manages escalations, and supports the development of team capabilities to maintain high levels of learner compliance at scale.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the work of Learner Compliancy specialists and supports their development and performance management.
  • Ensures consistent execution of compliance workflows across all learner populations, including extended-term courses such as BSN366 and BSN395.
  • Monitors and evaluates team KPIs to ensure compliance targets are met or exceeded.
  • Partners with Experiential Learning and Academic Operations leadership to implement process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Resolves escalated compliance issues that cannot be managed at the senior level with learners.
  • Develops and delivers organizational updates, team communications, and training initiatives to ensure knowledge of credentialing policies and processes.
  • Manages team scheduling, workload distribution, and resource allocation to maintain efficiency and coverage.
  • Participates in strategic planning and departmental initiatives to scale the credential support function for current and future learner populations.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in compliance, credentialing, or related field, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing multiple teams and overseeing large learner populations.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with compliance metrics and reporting.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and credentialing systems required.

Budgeted Hiring Range

$66,000 - $70,000 USD

All new hires are required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah. The College will cover travel, lodging, and other accommodations.
