Administrative Services Liaison
Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant provides high-level support to the College Administrative Management function. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth daily operation of functional responsibilities, maintaining records, acting as a liaison between learners and the function, as well as faculty/collaborators and the function. This role will assist Resolution Management, Learner Conduct, and the 504 Coordinator.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Provides day-to-day administrative assistance to function leadership and collaborators.
- Assists with intake of submitted learner reports and cross-functional communication in decision-making processes.
- Assists in the preparation of reports, correspondence, and presentations as needed.
- Assists in communication of and storing of sensitive information.
- Assists in front-line communication when needed.
- Maintains and updates directories, communication pathways, and calendars as needed.
- Uses college systems and platforms for communication and record-keeping.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Experience in higher education preferred.
- Demonstrated at least one year of professional experience managing documentation, private, or protected information is required.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality of information.
- Organizational and independent time management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Budgeted Hiring Range
$26 - $28 USD
All new hires are required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah. The College will cover travel, lodging, and other accommodations.
