Generalist II, Collaborator Experience
Role and Responsibilities
The Generalist II, Collaborator Experience is responsible to ensure collaborators and functions are aligned around foundational elements such as the mission, vision, values, behaviors, and how they can best work together while building relationships with function leaders and collaborators, maintaining collaborator files, developing and following processes, completing status changes, and managing systems associated with administering, retaining, and tracking information to help support the College’s overall strategic growth and cultural initiatives.
- Assists with HRIS management including updating organizational, functional, and collaborator records throughout the employment cycle
- Assist with payroll cycles including personal action forms, time management, deductions, and resolution of payroll issues
- Assists with benefits administration supporting collaborator enrollments, engagement in the utilization of benefits, and resolution of collaborator concerns
- Administrates collaborator inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Administrates a variety of specialties within the Collaborator Experience function as needed
- Administrates new CX collaborator onboarding and mentoring for policies, processes and procedures
- Participates in the successful implementation of other Collaborator Experience projects as they arise
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Some college required, Associate’s degree typical
- Possesses or is willing to obtain within 1 year a Professional HR certification from HRCI or SHRM
- Typical experience of 3 years in office or clerical position, preferred HR background
- Preferred experience with marketing and technical writing
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Possesses a basic understanding of regulatory compliance (I-9s, EEOC, Title VII, DOL, etc.)
- At least one year of experience in Generalist I, Collaborator Experience at Nightingale Education Group
Budgeted Hiring Range
$30.31 - $32.98 USD
All new hires are required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah. The College will cover travel, lodging, and other accommodations.
