Admissions Operations Coordinator
About the Role
Nightingale College is looking for a Coordinator, Admissions Operations to be a first point of contact for the students who will one day become the nurses our communities depend on. This role sits right at the intersection of hospitality and precision: you'll be the warm, reliable voice prospective and current students hear when they reach out, and the meticulous eye that keeps our admissions data and documentation audit-ready.

What You'll Do
- Responds promptly to incoming lead communications (calls, emails, web appointments, and voicemails), delivering high-quality customer service.
- Serves as a first point of contact for prospective students and current students, ensuring accurate information sharing and full FERPA compliance.
- Collaborates cross-functionally to keep contact information and student records up to date, supporting smooth communication and student engagement.
- Accurately enters and maintains data in the learner management system (LMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms in real-time.
- Identifies and merges duplicate records in the LMS and CRM systems, improving data accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Processes student applications, enrollment updates, payments, and refunds, ensuring compliance with policies and timelines.
- Audits new student documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with accreditation standards.
- Provides a daily activity report (DAR).
- Identifies and makes recommendations on areas of improvement in processes or policies.
- Supports cross-functional projects, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn beyond core responsibilities, as they arise.
Schedule and Hours
- Standard hours begin no earlier than 8:30 AM local time (9:00 AM for Eastern time zone employees) and run until 5:00 PM local time (5:30 PM for Eastern time zone employees)
- One late-night shift per week: Eastern/Central time zones extend to 8:00 PM local time; Mountain/Pacific time zones extend to 7:00 PM local time
- Occasional Saturday coverage from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM local time; when scheduled, employees receive a 4-hour adjustment by working a half-day on Tuesday or Thursday that week
- Schedule is subject to change based on business needs
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) is required.
- Demonstrated experience in college admissions, data entry, or customer service is preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Budgeted Hiring Range
$25 - $25 USD
All new hires are required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah. The College will cover travel, lodging, and other accommodations.
