Marketing Associate

Position Overview

The Marketing Associate supports the execution of all marketing initiatives across Nightingale Veterinary Partners. This entry level role focuses on campaign development and implementation, content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking. The Marketing Associate will report to the Marketing Manager and will collaborate with external vendors, and hospital practice managers to bring campaigns to life and ensure each hospital’s marketing is consistent, impactful, and on-brand.

This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and an eagerness to grow in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution

  • Support the marketing team in executing campaigns across digital, print, social, and community engagement.
  • Assist with all aspects of new location marketing such as website content, hospital outreach, events, local sponsorships, advertising.
  • Coordinate print and digital assets needed for hospital outreach campaigns
  • Coordinate email campaigns and content updates for Nightingale Veterinary Partner’s hospitals.

Brand & Content Management

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to organize photo/video assets for each brand.
  • Help draft and proof content for newsletters, websites, and social media posts.
  • Assist with coordinating hospital photoshoots.
  • Track marketing collateral inventory (flyers, business cards, promo items, etc.) and coordinate reorders or new designs as needed.

Community Engagement

  • Support coordination of continuing education events, open houses, and local community partnerships.
  • Assist with vendor communication, event logistics, and on-site setup when needed.
  • Help track RSVPs, attendance, and event feedback for post-event summaries.

Performance & Operations

  • Compile and organize marketing performance metrics across digital advertising, referral outreach, email campaigns, and events.
  • Maintain tracking spreadsheets and dashboards for performance reporting.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications and multiple internship experiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Webflow.
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced setting.

Salary

$60,000-$65,000 + discretionary bonus

Work Environment

This is a highly-visible in-office role based on-site in our NYC office in Chelsea 5 days per week.

NYS Pay Range

$60,000 - $65,000 USD
