Salesforce Program Analyst

We are looking for a Salesforce Program Analyst to join our team and drive the success of our client Salesforce initiatives. In this role, you will serve as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that our client’s Salesforce platforms are aligned with organizational goals. As a Salesforce Program Analyst, you will gather requirements, design solutions, manage projects, and oversee the implementation of Salesforce enhancements and integrations. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and project management expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders, including sales, marketing, customer service, and other departments, to identify and document business requirements, pain points, and opportunities for improvement within the Salesforce platform.
  • Solution Design: Develop scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions that address business needs, optimize workflows, and enhance user experience. This includes configuring Salesforce features, custom objects, and workflows.
  • Project Management: Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects, from planning and requirements gathering through implementation, testing, and deployment. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce projects, providing regular updates to stakeholders, managing expectations, and facilitating communication between business and technical teams.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to Salesforce users, creating documentation, conducting workshops, and troubleshooting issues to maximize user adoption and satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices, new releases, and emerging trends. Proactively recommend and implement improvements to the Salesforce environment to enhance business processes.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for business decision-making and performance tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Program Manager, or similar role, with a focus on Salesforce projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Platform App Builder) are highly desirable.
  • Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies is a plus.
