Business Analyst

We’re looking for an exceptional Business Analyst to join our growing team and help drive data-informed decision-making across technology-driven initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating business needs into actionable insights and clear requirements — and who wants to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, scalable solutions.

This position is open to candidates based in LATAM.

 

What You’ll Do

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and data teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Support decision-making through reporting, dashboards, and data-driven insights.
• Map and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
• Continuously refine requirements and solutions based on feedback and evolving needs.

 

What You Bring

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in technology or data-driven environments.
• Ability to gather and translate complex business requirements into structured documentation.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with data, reporting tools, or basic SQL is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• A collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering business value.

 

Nice to Have

• Experience working in SaaS, data, or AI-related projects.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
• Experience with process modeling (e.g., BPMN) or workflow documentation.
• Exposure to data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
• Background in consulting or cross-functional delivery environments.
