Role Overview

We are seeking a General Manager to lead our Haslet, TX fulfillment center. This leader will be accountable for overall operational performance, team development, financial results, and client satisfaction — while driving a culture of continuous improvement and tight feedback loops with our Engineering and Product teams.

The ideal candidate combines strong warehouse operations expertise with high comfort navigating automation and technology. They thrive in dynamic environments, balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, and inspire teams to deliver safe, accurate, and efficient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day site operations: inbound, outbound, inventory control, labor planning, and quality.

  • Own financial performance of the site, including P&L, budget management, and cost optimization.

  • Partner closely with Engineering to pilot new robotic capabilities, provide structured feedback, and drive iterative improvements.

  • Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement — leveraging data, KPIs, and Lean/Kaizen practices to improve quality, cost, and throughput.

  • Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams; ensure strong succession planning and career development.

  • Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring SLA performance and proactive communication.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards.

Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years leading high-volume fulfillment or distribution center operations, ideally with e-commerce and automation exposure.

  • Proven track record of managing large teams (exempt and non-exempt) and driving operational improvements.

  • Strong comfort with technology, data, and warehouse automation systems (WMS, robotics, analytics).

  • Experience owning P&L, budgets, and financial reporting.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Finance, and HR.

  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on problem-solving.

  • Knowledge of safety, OSHA, and regulatory compliance.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Lean/Six Sigma experience a plus.

Compensation

$150,000 - $180,000/year
The above range is the salary range. This position will also receive generous equity for this position!
