What you’ll do:

The Program Manager, Trader Engagement will be at the forefront of developing and delivering new experiences to traders. You’ll be a key contributor in not only bringing new products to market, but ensuring consistent, quality experiences across our engagement product suite. You will apply your personal and/or professional experiences with trading products to develop innovative solutions and experiences in areas such as trader education, challenges and competitions. The ideal candidate enjoys balancing big picture, strategic thinking and deep-diving into the weeds.

In this role you will:

  • Act as program manager for trader engagement products driving internal collaboration to ensure effective execution and continuous improvement
  • Partner with marketing to generate awareness of engagement-focused products among target audiences including ideation and messaging for acquisition campaigns
  • Support user journey development with product and marketing teams to create an effective lifecycle path for new users acquired through engagement products  
  • Monitor and report out on core KPIs including acquisition of new users through trader engagement products and their adoption of additional products and services
  • Collaborate with product team to ensure a positive and seamless user experience based on quantitative and qualitative data

What you’ll need:

  • Experience: 5-7 years in a product management, program management, product marketing or business management role, experience in the gaming industry a plus
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, PMP) are a plus. 
  • Skills: Strong project management, analytical, and strategic planning skills. Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities effectively. 

Bonus Points for:

  • Hands-on experience with futures trading highly preferred
