What you'll do: 

The Growth Lead, Germany will be NinjaTrader's boots on the ground presence in one of Europe's most important retail trading markets. Reporting into the Regional Director for Europe, you will own NinjaTrader's growth flywheel in Germany, from building brand awareness and local partnerships to driving new trader acquisition and taking full accountability for in country performance. 

This is a highly visible, hands-on role. You'll be the local face of NinjaTrader, deeply embedded in the German trading community, representing the brand at industry events, and building the relationships that drive sustainable growth. You'll work closely with the international marketing, product, and technology teams, acting as the critical bridge between NinjaTrader's global capabilities and the specific needs of the German market. 

In this role you will: 

  • Act as the primary on the ground business development resource in Germany, identifying and developing relationships with key local partners, introducing brokers, affiliates, and trading communities  
  • Drive initial conversations and relationships for NinjaTrader's products in market, handing off to US-based or dedicated resources at the appropriate stage  
  • Entertain and nurture high-value customers, generating new client referrals through word of mouth and personal relationships  
  • Serve as the local face of NinjaTrader in Germany, representing the brand at industry events, panels, media appearances, and PR opportunities  
  • Create locally relevant content for German audiences, including participation in NT Live and other digital channels  
  • Build and maintain a strong personal network within the German retail trading industry  
  • Partner closely with the international marketing team, acting as the local business stakeholder to provide insights and feedback on influencers, agencies, and local partners  
  • Support the identification and management of local marketing relationships, ensuring campaigns resonate with the German trading audience  
  • Feed local market intelligence back into NinjaTrader's product and technology teams, ensuring German market nuances are reflected in platform development and localisation efforts  
  • Stay closely attuned to the competitive landscape, regulatory environment, and trader behaviour in Germany  
  • Take full accountability for NinjaTrader's growth performance in Germany, tracking and reporting on key acquisition and engagement metrics  
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to improve funnel conversion and grow the active trader base  

What you'll need: 

  • 5+ years of experience in a growth, business development, or market expansion role within a retail trading or brokerage business  
  • Deep knowledge of the German retail trading market with existing relationships within the local industry strongly preferred  
  • Experience with futures and/or CFD products highly preferred  
  • Genuine passion for trading, ideally with hands-on experience as a retail trader  
  • Proven ability to build relationships and generate growth through personal networks and word of mouth  
  • Comfortable being a one-person local team; self-directed, hands-on, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously  
  • Strong communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively with global teams across time zones  
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)  

Compensation: 

The salary range for this role will be $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 USD. In addition, this position will also receive an annual target bonus of X=10%. Bonus pay at NinjaTrader is based on individual performance (50%) as well as company/team performance (50%). 

Salary and bonus earnings are only two components of the total compensation package offered by NinjaTrader. NinjaTrader offers a 401K plan through ADP under which the company will match up to 3.5% of employee contributions. Annual paid time off allowance accrues at a rate of 18 daysper year (some positions may qualify for more) plus seven paid holidays.

This role is based in Germany. We are only open to remote candidates for this role.
