About the Role:
This isn’t just another product marketing role—it’s a chance to shape the narrative of a company defining a new category at the intersection of Kubernetes, security, and AI infrastructure.
As the Product Marketer, you’ll play a critical role in driving Nirmata’s growth and market impact. You’ll own the way we position our products, tell our story, and enable our sales and marketing teams to win. From launching new capabilities to creating content that shifts perception, you’ll help turn our technical strengths into a strategic advantage.
This is a highly visible, high-impact role where your work won’t just support the business—it will help steer its trajectory. You’ll collaborate closely with the founders, product, engineering, and GTM teams to connect our technology to the people who need it most.

Responsibilities:
- Messaging & Positioning: Define clear, differentiated messaging for our platform and products across personas and segments.
- Launches: Plan and execute product and feature launches in partnership with product, sales, and marketing.
- Content Development: Create and drive content that supports demand gen, sales enablement, and customer education—including webpages, one-pagers, decks, and thought leadership.
- Competitive Intelligence: Track competitors, market trends, and adjacent categories. Help the company stay informed and sharpen differentiation.
- Customer & Market Insights: Work with customers, analysts, and internal teams to surface insights that shape GTM strategy and roadmap.
- Sales Enablement: Equip our sales team with the tools, training, and narratives they need to win.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in B2B product marketing, preferably in infrastructure, DevOps, security, or developer tools.
- Strong writer and storyteller with the ability to translate technical features into customer value.
- Experience owning messaging, launches, and sales enablement in cross-functional teams.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment—where you have to balance speed, strategy, and collaboration
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, open source, or cloud-native technologies is a strong plus.
- Bonus: Experience marketing to platform engineering, DevSecOps, or cloud infrastructure buyers.
