About the Job:
The Front Desk Administrator serves as the first point of contact for the organization and plays a critical role in maintaining professional operations, security, and administrative continuity.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily front desk operations to ensure a professional, organized, and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, vendors, and auditors

Greet, check in, and check out guests and visitors in accordance with company security, safety, and visitor access procedures

Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls promptly and professionally

Receive, sort, distribute, and track incoming mail, packages, deliveries, and courier services

Draft, receive, route, and respond to emails, letters, and other correspondence as appropriate

Monitor, track, and replenish office and breakroom supplies to prevent interruptions to daily operations

Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments for upper management as assigned

Maintain accurate front desk records, logs, and documentation in accordance with company policies and compliance requirements

Support People Operations and office experience initiatives, including maintaining the company events calendar and assisting with internal activities

Assist with planning, coordination, and logistical setup for company meetings, trainings, and employee events

Prepare and maintain the breakroom, guest, and common areas to ensure cleanliness, readiness, and a positive workplace experience

Provide administrative support to internal teams when capacity and priorities allow

Escalate urgent issues, security concerns, or unusual situations to management or Human Resources in a timely manner

Perform additional administrative or operational duties as assigned by upper management in support of business needs
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good record-keeping skills
- Accurately pronounce medical and pharmaceutical terminology to handle the shipments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be detail-oriented and possess a high level of accuracy
- High integrity, able to maintain above-average attendance and punctuality
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
- Must live or be willing to move to the Sacramento Metropolitan Region (approximately 40 miles’ radius).
