About the Venture
Millions of people living with rare diseases wait 6–7 years for a correct diagnosis. We are building a solution to change that.
Our venture is developing a privacy first AI platform that helps both:
- Patients: upload their own health records, genomic data, or symptoms, receive an early risk score for rare diseases, and connect directly to the right medical experts while keeping their data private and secure.
- Hospitals and pharma: securely detect rare diseases earlier, connect fragmented datasets across institutions, and accelerate matching patients to relevant clinical trials.
The result is a global ecosystem where patients, clinicians, and researchers can collaborate without exposing raw patient data, powered by privacy preserving AI and homomorphic encryption.
We are already active across Europe, Southeast Asia, and Australia, with our MVP nearly complete and first hospital deployments scheduled.
The Role
We are seeking a hands on CTO / CPO to join the founding team and lead our technology and product development from MVP to global scale.
This is a hands on, technical leadership role not advisory. You will be in the code, reviewing architecture, managing an outsourced development team, and ensuring hospital integrations work in real world settings. Over time, as the team grows, you will shift into more leadership and scaling responsibilities.
You will:
-
Deliver: take the MVP live with hospitals and refine it based on real user feedback.
-
Build: architect, code review, and guide the AI, cloud, and encryption stack.
-
Integrate: ensure seamless hospital system interoperability (EHR/EMR).
-
Certify: lead compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 13485, ISO 27001.
-
Scale: transition from MVP to a robust, secure, and globally deployable platform.
-
Collaborate: work closely with clinical and business stakeholders to ensure product market fit.

Product (CPO)
-
Own and deliver the product roadmap from MVP to multi hospital rollout.
-
Conduct user discovery with hospitals, clinicians, and pharma partners.
