Financial Analyst
NMI is looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our growing team in Cape Town, South Africa. In this role, you will analyze financial data, develop reports, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience in financial modeling, and a keen eye for trends and opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools to support financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
- Utilize Salesforce data to track and analyze key business performance metrics, integrating this with financial data to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, identify opportunities for optimization, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Identify trends and opportunities for revenue growth through data-driven analysis.
- Support the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
Key Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in business intelligence tools for creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Strong experience working with Salesforce for financial data tracking and reporting.
- Excellent business acumen with the ability to interpret complex data and present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Nice to Haves:
- Experience in Power BI or Tableau
- Experience in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL for querying databases and extracting relevant data
- Familiarity with Google BigQuery

- Annual salary of R574,850 - R614,850 depending on experience
