Integrated Marketing Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Integrated Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing campaigns for NMI’s Merchant Relationship Management (MRM) portfolio. In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of product marketing, demand generation, sales, channel and content – building and executing marketing programs that accelerate product adoption, drive pipeline, increase awareness, deepen partner engagement and deliver consistent and impactful solution messaging. This is both a strategic and executional role. You’ll work with the wider marketing team to translate complex capabilities into clear, differentiated messaging and deliver multichannel campaigns that raise awareness, create demand and convert interest into action. This role will also work closely with the SVP of MRM ensuring marketing is meeting the awareness, visibility, and pipeline goals for MRM.

Responsibilities and duties include:

Integrated Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the planning and development, and collaborate on the execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement and qualified sales opportunities for the MRM product portfolio.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, corporate marketing, demand generation, channel and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment across awareness/reputation, demand  generation, customer retention, sales and channel enablement.
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to create and deliver campaigns with an emphasis on (but not limited to) digital channels to support both short-term and long-term pipeline and revenue goals. Includes email, paid media, content syndication, programmatic, search, social, web, etc.
  • Understand the core personas and needs of each persona in the MRM buying groups.  Ensure messaging, value propositions, content, demand and awareness activities meet the requirements for each audience. 
  • Ability to evangelize NMI’s MRM solutions in the market. 

Content Development & Enablement

  • Work with product marketing and content teams to create thought leadership, product-driven content, case studies, webinars, podcasts and sales tools tailored to MRM buyers.
  • Partner with product marketing to support sales and channel enablement by ensuring teams have compelling narratives and messaging that clearly articulate the MRM value proposition.
  • Work closely with content, product marketing, and web teams to ensure website and digital assets (such as blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, podcasts and landing pages) effectively support the customer journey and meet stakeholder objectives. Monitor the performance metrics to identify opportunities for increasing engagement and driving top-of-funnel activity.
  • Drive thought leadership and inbound visibility by partnering with the content and demand teams for syndicated content programs, developing bylined articles with internal SMEs and executives, and optimizing owned content for SEO to improve search rankings, organic traffic and lead capture.
  • Ensure brand consistency, tone of voice and messaging across all activities.

Awareness & Influence

  • Manage NMI’s presence on buyer intelligence platforms such as G2, Capterra, and TrustRadius to improve visibility, capture customer reviews, and support buyer validation in the consideration stage.

Collaborate with PR, content, and customer marketing teams to generate review campaigns, customer testimonials, and recognition that elevate brand authority, competitive positioning, SEO, and drive web traffic.

  • Drive competitive differentiation from other merchant management and CRM solutions in the marketplace. Ensure NMI’s solutions are understood by third party influencers (G2, industry analysts).

Track and report on analyst and peer review influence on awareness, credibility, and pipeline acceleration. Use these insights to refine messaging, value propositions and personas.

Pipeline Alignment & Conversion

  • Work with the demand generation team to create a demand generation strategy including account and persona targeting, lead scoring, lead flow and follow-up processes aligned to pipeline KPIs.
  • Set joint goals with the demand generation team to drive MQL generation and progression to closed won, using data to improve funnel execution and conversions.
  • Collaborate with channel marketing to develop and execute targeted campaigns that drive partner engagement, elevate brand visibility, and generate pipeline from existing ISO, ISV and fintech professionals. 

Data-Driven Optimization & Performance Management

  • Partner  with demand generation team and external agencies on execution and optimization of paid media investments across SEM, display, social, content syndication, programmatic, re-targeting and other inbound/outbound tactics, to reach MRM buyers
  • Use marketing automation and digital best practices (SEM, SEO, email marketing, nurture flows and AI Initiatives) to enhance campaign impact and scalability.
  • Work closely with the operations and web teams to analyze performance, run experiments, and test strategies that improve engagement, awareness  and pipeline contribution.
  • Track and measure success through KPIs and dashboards, with ongoing optimization of campaign performance, audience targeting, and channel mix.

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Independently execute and manage campaign activities, ensuring all initiatives remain on track, on budget and on brand.
  • Maintain and update campaign and marketing calendars.
  • Ensure visibility across teams and alignment with product launches and business priorities.

Position Requirements and Skills

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, fintech, payments, or enterprise technology.
  • A marketing or related business degree or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategy and campaign planning.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, demand generation, brand and sales. 
  • Experience collaborating with and managing agency partners.
  • A well-developed digital skill set which includes understanding marketing automation (Salesforce, Hubspot, Pardot, ZoomInfo), SEM, SEO, PPC, display, programmatic, etc, as well as analytics (GA4).
  • Exceptional project management, communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Comfortable creating and enforcing deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Creativity, imagination and initiative.
  • Drive, competence, flexibility and a willingness to learn.
