Senior Account Executive

NMI is looking for a driven, high-performing enterprise sales professional to join our fast-growing fintech. This is a senior individual contributor, high impact role for a self-starter — someone who thrives on building pipelines, leading executive-level conversations, and consistently exceeding quota.

You'll play a key role in NMI's growth — selling our API-first money movement and open banking solutions directly to enterprise and mid-market clients, all from wherever you work best.

You will:

  • Build and manage your own pipeline of net-new enterprise accounts ($50M+ revenue), driving growth from the ground up.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, staying hands-on at every stage of the deal.
  • Engage directly with C-suite decision-makers to align on strategic priorities and value.
  • Deliver compelling, ROI-driven business cases that make the value of NMI's solutions clear.
  • Collaborate across Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to bring the right solutions to the table.
  • Forecast with accuracy and accountability, keeping leadership informed on pipeline health.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of enterprise outbound sales experience with a proven track record of overachievement.
  • Success selling B2B SaaS or API-based payments solutions.
  • Deep understanding of ACH, RTP, FedNow, Visa Direct, Mastercard Move, and Open Banking APIs.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience shaping sales playbooks or GTM strategies.
  • Salesforce and analytics expertise.
  • Degree in Business or related field.

This is a remote role with an annual US base salary range of $95,000 – $130,000 USD. This salary range will be narrowed during the interview process based on experience, qualification, and location.
