A Day In The Life Of Our Sr. Applications Engineer at Noah Medical
- Serve as a subject matter expert in NetSuite and systems product specialist for our primary systems, including Salesforce, and PLM (ie. Arena, Minerva, Propel etc)
- Partner with and support manufacturing and finance teams to optimize the use of ERP system.
- System Administration: Managing user accounts and permissions, troubleshooting system errors, and ensuring smooth operation.
- Configuration and Customization: Tailoring NetSuite to specific business needs through custom record types, fields, forms, roles, permissions, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
- Data Management: Managing and maintaining data accuracy, performing data migrations, and ensuring data integrity.
- Technical Support and Training: Providing support to users, resolving issues, and training new users on NetSuite functionalities.
- Integration Management: Managing NetSuite updates, configuring integrations with other systems, and ensuring seamless data flow.
- Lead the NetSuite Change Advisory Board and manage project requests
- Work with other platform support teams on the implementation, control, and evaluation function of the delivered solutions/modules and integrations with other SAAS/Onprem systems.
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of online financial and inventory reporting systems, dashboards, and pricing and modeling tools.
About You
- 5+ years of experience in NetSuite with strong understanding of NetSuite modules, workflows, saved searches, and customization tools. Experience with CRM, ERP, PLM Applications a plus.
- Understanding of business processes (finance, inventory, sales, etc.) and how they relate to system functionality.
- Deep technical experience.Expert understanding of NetSuite modules, SuiteScript, workflows, saved searches, and customization tools.
- Working understanding of business processes (finance, inventory, sales, etc.) and how they relate to system functionality.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
- Effectively communicate with users, stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Project Management experience. Managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and documenting work effectively
- Strong technical problem-solving skills with a good understanding of hybrid environments and intermediate SQL skills
- Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, FreshService
- NetSuite certifications are highly preferred

Pay Transparency
The Pay Range for this position is listed. Noah Medical offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors such as location as permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
California Pay Range
$113,725 - $142,000 USD
