About The Team

The Sales Operations Team is the driving force behind our organization's sales excellence and operational efficiency. Composed of a talented group of professionals, the Sales Operations Team is dedicated to empowering our sales force through the use of data,  optimizing processes, and ensuring the overall success of our sales process and  initiatives. 

A Day in the Life of Our Sr. Director, Commercial Operations
At Noah Medical, we are building the next generation of medical robotic platforms to improve patient outcomes and transform clinical workflows. The Sr. Director, Commercial Operations & Business Analytics will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction and operational excellence of our commercial organization.

Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, this leader will partner with executives across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Clinical, and R&D to design and execute strategies that accelerate adoption of Noah’s medical robotics solutions. You will oversee enterprise-level planning, forecasting, reporting, compensation, business analytics, and commercial systems — ensuring our teams are equipped to scale globally while staying true to our mission of putting patients first.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the commercial operations strategy for Noah Medical, ensuring alignment with revenue growth, market expansion, and company mission.

  • Provide actionable insights and foresight into healthcare market trends, reimbursement dynamics, and commercial performance to guide executive decision-making.

  • Influence senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Clinical, and R&D to drive a unified go-to-market approach.

  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing commercial operations and analytics team.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation across all commercial functions.

  • Lead annual and long-range planning processes, including revenue forecasting, territory design, quota setting, and compensation strategy.

  • Oversee advanced business analytics capabilities that provide insights into sales effectiveness, customer adoption, clinical program success, and market penetration.

  • Deliver strategic updates and recommendations to executive leadership and the board.

  • Optimize processes across sales, marketing, clinical adoption, and post-market customer programs to drive scalability.

  • Oversee enabling technologies (CRM, marketing automation, BI platforms) to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with commercial strategy.

  • Champion data integrity and governance to support evidence-based decision making.

  • Partner with senior leadership in Sales, Finance, and HR to design competitive, compliant, and motivating incentive compensation programs.

  • Ensure plans align with commercial objectives, clinical adoption milestones, and long-term growth.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, bridging insights across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, and R&D.

  • Lead enterprise initiatives that improve go-to-market execution, expand customer programs, and drive operational excellence across the commercial organization.

About You

  • Proven ability to define strategy, influence senior leaders, and scale commercial operations in high-growth MedTech or medical device companies.

  • Deep understanding of healthcare commercialization, sales operations, business analytics, and financial planning.

  • Skilled in CRM, marketing automation, BI tools, and data-driven business insights.

  • Familiarity with reimbursement models, clinical adoption, and commercialization of regulated technologies.

  • Demonstrated success leading process and technology transformation in scaling organizations.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • 15+ years of commercial operations, sales strategy, or related experience in healthcare/MedTech, with at least 7+ years in senior leadership roles
