Responsibilities:

We are seeking a motivated Product & Research Analyst to champion future Noble products and ensure they meet the needs of our growing community. This individual will work closely with the Product team to document and relay feedback relating to product launches and broader social/public campaigns. In this role, the ability to research, analyze, and translate technical and industry information to a non-technical audience that may be unfamiliar with Noble’s products will be a key success factor. 

Analytics and Business Development

• Maintain our current internal analytics dashboards as well as establish tracking for any newly identified KPIs, and implement them as required (i.e. IBC metrics, geographic distribution of end users, user retention, etc)  
• Regularly report on metrics to the executive team, highlighting user trends and ecosystem insights
• Support the Marketing and Product teams on new asset launches by working on go to market plans, product development initiatives, and business development strategies, as needed 
• Collaborate with the Sr. Marketing Manager on key metric spotlights for social media posts and thought leadership pieces 

Writing & Communication 

• Collaborate with Noble leadership on regular blog posts to highlight product releases, important upgrades, and new partnerships
• Author thought leadership pieces including blog posts, articles, long-form thinkpieces, X threads, and more! 
• Create educational content and tutorials for leveraging Noble’s products (including upcoming product launches) 
• Coordinate with the Engineering and Product teams to ensure Noble’s documentation is clear, concise, and as up to date as possible

Research & Product Development

• Conduct market research for future product launches including direct customer research and competitor analysis
• Gather and analyze integrator and user feedback, relaying critical insights to the product, engineering, and front end teams to inform the respective roadmaps
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the cryptocurrency space and share relevant insights with the Noble team on how to enhance Noble's offerings to better serve our partners and users
• Work with the Sr. Marketing Manager to coordinate and execute on community events that are strategic and relevant to Noble’s mission 

Developer Relations

• Work closely with Noble’s marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy and alignment in all developer-focused resources
• Determine, monitor, and analyze key metrics related to developer engagement, adoption, and satisfaction to continuously improve Noble's developer relations strategy
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the cryptocurrency space and share relevant insights with the Noble team on how to enhance Noble's offerings to better serve our partners
• Collect and organize key developer and engineering data with a focus on fostering partnerships with asset issuers to both improve asset penetration and increase the total number of assets in the Noble ecosystem
• Engage with developers across Discord, GitHub, and other platforms to gather feedback, provide support, answer technical questions, and foster collaboration

Requirements 

• Demonstrated experience in managing blockchain projects (Cosmos specific projects are a plus)
• Experience conducting market analysis in the fintech/cryptocurrency/blockchain  space
• Deep understanding of traditional finance (TradFi) and how RWA (real world assets) and stablecoins relate to TradFi and DeFi
• In-depth understanding of blockchains and the decentralized finance (DeFi) landscape, and specifically within the Cosmos Ecosystem
• Proven experience in writing content such as blogs, technical tutorials, and documentation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with minimal supervision, showing initiative in driving engagement
