About Noble

Noble pioneered purpose-built infrastructure for stablecoin issuance 3 years ago, in service of becoming a UX unlock for stablecoins in the mainstream. Noble’s infrastructure has been used to transfer tens of billions of dollars of stablecoins between applications since inception in 2023.

This Head of Product role is for something else entirely. 

We're building a new consumer product inside Noble that sits at the intersection of two of the most important shifts happening in e-commerce and culture right now. Today, creators struggle to build sustainable, empire-sized businesses of their own. Brands hold most of the leverage in partnerships, follower churn forces them to financialize their community, and constant pressure to chase new eyeballs pulls creators away from the superfans who actually drive their economics. We’re betting on where commerce, culture, brands and the creator economy are heading next - and we’re building the creator commerce platform for it: modern loyalty built for the creator economy.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a US-Based Head of Product to own the vision, roadmap, and execution for a consumer product that will become a category definer. You will work closely with the CEO in turning a sharp thesis into a product the world hasn't seen.

• Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Partner directly with the CEO to translate our thesis into a shipping product
• Work closely with marketing, design, partnerships/BD, and GTM to hit our roadmap goals 
• Be obsessed with the user - figure out what they'll love before they know they love it
• Onboard and iterate with our first cohort of early users
• Set the product standard 

Requirements 

• 6+ years shipping consumer Web2 products that real people have used and loved at scale
• Bonus: experience in loyalty/rewards, social commerce, or the creator economy
• A 0-to-1 product leader: equally at home with a blank page and a shipping deadline
• A strong point of view on where consumer internet is heading 
• Must be US-based
