Regional VAMC Sales Director

The Regional VAMC Sales Director will serve as the strategic and commercial lead for Veterans Affairs Medical Centers (VAMCs) across a defined geography. This individual will be responsible for driving awareness, adoption, and access to Nidra therapy within the VA system, with a focus on navigating clinical, administrative, and procurement pathways to ensure eligible veterans receive therapy through the DME model. This is a unique opportunity to shape the growth of a first-in-class treatment and build trusted relationships with VA clinicians and decision-makers. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and manage all commercial activities for Noctrix Health within assigned VAMCs, including direct engagement with clinical and administrative stakeholders 
  • Develop, nurture, and expand relationships with VA neurologists, sleep specialists, primary care providers, prosthetics departments, and P&T committees 
  • Navigate and influence the VA DME access process, including requirements through prosthetics, CMOP, and federal supply schedules (FSS, GSA, NAC) 
  • Educate providers and clinical staff on RLS, the clinical efficacy of Nidra therapy, and the advantages of non-pharmacologic interventions 
  • Work cross-functionally with Noctrix’s Patient Access, Customer Care, and Market Access teams to coordinate patient onboarding and fulfillment 
  • Identify and execute opportunities to improve the veteran experience from prescription through titration and long-term use 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ongoing VAMC account management, including training, troubleshooting, and relationship stewardship 
  • Track performance metrics, forecast regional demand, and report key insights to senior leadership and relevant internal stakeholders 
  • Represent Noctrix Health at veteran-focused medical conferences, industry symposia, and local educational events 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • 7+ years of healthcare sales experience, including 4+ years selling into federal accounts or VAMCs, preferably across several VISNs 
  • Deep understanding of the VA’s clinical and purchasing ecosystem, with a proven track record of success navigating VA DME procurement processes 
  • Familiarity with prosthetics workflows, CMOP systems, and formulary committees within the VA 
  • Strong clinical acumen and ability to convey complex medical and therapeutic concepts to diverse audiences 
  • Experience launching innovative therapies or medical technologies, preferably in neurology or sleep medicine 
  • Willing and able to travel within the region and occasionally to national VA-related events 
  • High degree of professionalism, empathy, and mission alignment with the veteran population 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Selling to the Sleep Medicine Department and/or the Neurology Department is strongly preferred 
  • Background in durable medical equipment, wearable technology, or neurology/sleep-related therapies 
  • Existing relationships within VAMC networks or prior federal sales success 
  • Military service or personal connection to veteran communities 
  • Experience with non-pharmacologic or neuromodulation therapies 

Compensation: 

  • Base Pay: $150,000 per year + commission + stock options 
  • On-target earnings (OTE): $250,000

This is a full time, remote position with the potential for up to 50% travel.
