Therapy Development Specialist

As a Therapy Development Specialist, you will serve as a technical lead within the Customer Care team, primarily focusing on the onboarding and training of clinical partners, as well as their ongoing education and certification. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance and support to the Therapy Support team and assist with advanced therapy support for patients as needed. Your role will be critical in ensuring that our partners and patients receive expert-level training and support, enabling a smooth onboarding and therapy experience with Nidra therapy. 

In this role, you will act as a bridge between our internal and external care teams, ensuring the effective integration and optimization of Nidra therapy. You will also identify therapy support needs and provide valuable feedback to the marketing, sales, customer care, and product development teams, helping shape the future of our therapy solutions. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Titration Partner Training & Education 
    • Lead the onboarding and training of titration partners, ensuring they are well-prepared to implement Nidra therapy effectively 
    • Deliver ongoing education programs to keep partners up to date on therapy advancements, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques 
    • Assist in the development of educational programs to enhance partner training. 
    • Oversee the training and certification process for titration partners to ensure a high standard of competency and therapy application 
    • Conduct titration sessions and technical consultations as needed to ensure seamless integration into clinical workflows 
    • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on Nidra therapy, guiding partners and Therapy Support Specialists through therapy adjustments and optimization 
    • Accurately document partner interactions in Salesforce to ensure precise data capture for relationship management 
  • Technical Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration 
    • Serve as a technical lead for the Therapy Support team, providing advanced troubleshooting and guidance for complex cases 
    • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to relay insights from real-world therapy experiences and improve customer support strategies 
    • Assist in the development of educational materials, including training guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting documentation 
  • Advanced Therapy Support & Patient Engagement 
    • Provide direct virtual support to patients as needed, including therapy activation, troubleshooting, and optimization 
    • Accurately document customer interactions in Salesforce to ensure precise data capture for relationship management 
    • Maintain strong relationships with patients, clinical teams, and business partners to drive engagement and improve outcomes 

 Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, biology, or a health-related field is encouraged and preferred for many promotional opportunities 
  • Exceptional positive attitude, consistently demonstrating a willingness to go above and beyond in helping individuals navigate challenges while providing empathetic support and solutions with patience and understanding 
  • Proven excellence in customer service, with a strong ability to empathize and effectively communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical users, ensuring a positive and supportive experience for patients seeking therapy or technical assistance 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively 
  • Ability to understand, convey, coach, and teach others the clinical aspects and technical use of the product 
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose complex customer issues cross-functionally with minimal guidance using new technologies
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability 
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a complex, fast-paced environment 
  • Previous experience in the sleep or neuromodulation industries is considered a plus 
  • Experience with Salesforce is considered a plus 

This is a full-time, remote position with the potential for up to 25% travel during the first year. 

Compensation:

  • Base Pay: $70,000 to $95,000 per year + bonus + stock options
