Service Billing Associate

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Service Billing Associate to own the billing process from start to finish. In this fully remote role, you’ll review and generate invoices, support technicians, resolve customer questions, and keep compliance documents on track. You’ll be the go-to person for making sure everything gets billed correctly and on time.

What You’ll Do:

  • Review, generate, and adjust service invoices

  • Coach technicians on accurate job documentation

  • Lead virtual trainings via Zoom

  • Handle billing questions and disputes with top-notch customer care

  • Process subcontractor invoices and maintain compliance documents

  • Collaborate with technicians, managers, and accounting

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of billing or customer service experience

  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

  • Proficiency in Excel and billing software (ServiceTitan a plus)

  • Available Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM MST
