About the Role
We’re looking for our first Licensed Electrician to join our team and help launch our new electrical services offering. In this full-time role, you’ll handle installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment for residential and light commercial customers. You’ll report directly to our General Manager and have the opportunity to help shape and grow the department.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform safe, code-compliant electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment

  • Wire and rewire residential and light commercial structures

  • Communicate clearly with customers and provide professional, friendly service

  • Attend training, team meetings, and company events

  • Contribute to building and mentoring a future team of electricians

What We’re Looking For

  • Active E2 License in Connecticut

  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and installation practices

  • Excellent troubleshooting, organization, and attention to detail

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Experience with ServiceTitan (preferred but not required)

  • Excitement about growth opportunities and potentially leading others

Working Conditions & Physical Demands

  • Prioritize safety and have a working knowledge of OSHA standards

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work in hot, cold, or confined spaces

  • Regularly lift and/or move items weighing 50 lbs or more

  • Work indoors and outdoors year-round as needed
