The Opportunity:
As a licensed psychotherapist, you’ll use Noma’s comprehensive platform to provide safe and effective KAP. Whether you’re new to KAP or have experience, our turnkey system supports you at every step. You’ll continue your therapy work while we manage the medical aspects of ketamine treatment. This opportunity is ideal for both independent therapists and group practices looking to expand their services with this innovative modality.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized, integrative psychotherapy alongside ketamine sessions.
- Collaborate with Noma’s medical team for seamless care, ensuring client safety and progress.
- Utilize telehealth platforms to provide remote care when needed.
- Stay current on evolving practices in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy through ongoing training.
Qualifications:
- Now serving patients in Colorado and Texas, therapists must be licensed in Colorado or Texas (Not licensed in those states? Click here to be on our mailing list for when we expand to additional states)
- Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
- Five (5) years of experience in psychotherapy in a psychiatric or medical setting.
- Active licensure in Colorado as a Clinical Psychotherapist (e.g., Clinical Psychologist, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.).
- Interest or experience in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy.
- Proficient with telehealth technology and capable of conducting virtual therapy.
