Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Deliver automation on Mobile front for iOS and Android UI Services.
2. Deliver automation for back-end APIs to facilitate end-to-end automation.
3. Should enable seamless scripting using both API and UI framework capability. Using Allure reports for generating the reports and for identifying the failures
4. Ability to trace results of UI and API tests.
5. Key acceptance criteria are reusability of scripts and reducing execution time.
6. The automation scripts should be capable of executing seamlessly on BrowserStack.
7. Regular Progress Reports: Weekly or bi-weekly reports summarizing testing status, defect trends, and areas for improvement.
8. Defect Management & Root Cause Analysis: Should not just identify defects but also conduct root cause analysis and suggest mitigation strategies pertaining to automation
9. Continuous Integration & Deployment (CI/CD) Readiness: The automation scripts should be seamlessly integrated into the CI/CD pipeline for continuous testing.
10. Ramp up the knowledge of the required technologies for automation (Java, TestNG, RESTful APIs, Git, etc).

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
