POSITION SUMMARY: The Southeast Asia Sales Manager works in collaboration with the International Business Development Director and the International Team to expand Nordic Naturals’ global presence.

Essential Function Statement(s)

  • Develop and implement effective sales objectives and strategies by assessing market data.
  • Monitor market conditions, competitive activities and product innovations, prices and market sales, providing feedback to International team.
  • With International Business Development Director, International Marketing Manager, and International sales team prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and create annual business plan,marketing budget and approve expenditures related to Nordic Naturals business in Southeast Asia territory.
  • Manage territory distributors for sales and marketing efforts, including the establishment of forecasts and KPI’s.
  • Regularly communicate and collaborate with International Team and internal Nordic Naturals teams including operations, finance, marketing and sales teams.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals for Southeast Asia territory.
  • Perform research and identify new potential distributors and new market opportunities where applicable.
  • Negotiate and close agreements and contracts.
  • Manage shipping and logistics of products in collaboration with International team members.
  • Represent company at trade association meetings to promote brand and products.
  • Supports the international team to ensure effective communication and team building.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

  • 4 years experience in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • BA/BS in Business, Science or related field preferred
