About the project 
 
As a Business Analyst - Salesforce, you will be responsible for understanding business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and ensuring Salesforce solutions are aligned with business needs, regulatory constraints, and measurable outcomes. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders, Solution Owners, and delivery teams throughout the full lifecycle—from discovery to go-live and post-deployment support. 
 
 
How you'll contribute 
 
Collect business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops across multiple functions (Service, Field Service, Operations, Finance, etc.).  
Capture and document AS-IS business processes and identify stakeholder needs.  
Define business outcomes, KPIs, and measurable acceptance criteria. 
Identify regulatory, compliance constraints, and business rules impacting solutions. 
Maintain clear documentation of business requirements and process flows.   
Collaborate with stakeholders and solution teams to design Salesforce solutions aligned with business processes.  
Define Salesforce data requirements, including fields, validation rules, picklists, and record types.  
Define reporting and analytics requirements, including dashboards and operational reports. 
Translate business needs into clear, well-structured user stories with acceptance criteria. 
Partner with Solution Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage the backlog. 
Manage dependencies and clarify scope boundaries throughout delivery.  
Maintain requirements traceability across design, testing, and deployment phases.  
Support testing activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements.  
Assist with data migration activities.  
Support training preparation and go-live activities.  
Contribute to business and technical documentation as required. 
 
This would make you the ideal candidate 
 
 Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
 5+ Years of experience working as a Business Analyst working on Salesforce or CRM-based solutions.  
 3+ Years of experience gathering and documenting business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.  
 3+ Years of experience working in business process analysis and documentation (AS-IS / TO-BE).  
 2+ Years of experience translating business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.  
 2+ Years of experience working with Salesforce data structures and configuration concepts (fields, validation rules, record types, reporting). 
 Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
