As a Senior Scrum Master, you will drive Scrum ceremonies, delivery tracking, program-level planning, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring teams remain aligned with business goals while maintaining predictable and high-quality delivery at scale. 

How your day-to-day work will look like: 

✅ Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. 
✅ Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. 
✅ Partner closely with Product Managers and Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness and clearly defined sprint goals.  
✅ Proactively identify, manage, and remove impediments and blockers impacting delivery.  
✅ Track sprint progress, team capacity, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.  
✅ Monitor Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, throughput, and sprint predictability. 
✅ Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on retrospective outcomes and team feedback. 
✅ Support cross-team coordination for shared initiatives, releases, and production deployments. 
✅ Own program-level planning activities including quarterly planning (PI Planning / OKR alignment), cross-team dependency mapping, and milestone tracking across multiple workstreams. 
✅ Develop and maintain program-level artifacts: integrated roadmaps, RAID logs, program status reports, and executive dashboards. 
✅ Serve as the primary coordination point between delivery teams, senior stakeholders, and client-side program offices, ensuring consistent communication cadences and escalation paths. 
✅ Drive governance routines including program steering committees, delivery reviews, and go/no-go decisions for major releases. 
✅ Identify and manage interdependencies across squads, ensuring alignment on shared deliverables, timelines, and resource constraints. 
✅ Support resource and capacity planning at the program level, partnering with delivery leads and people managers to optimize team allocation. 
✅ Ensure effective communication and visibility of delivery status, risks, and escalations to stakeholders and clients. 
✅ Promote process consistency and help scale Agile practices across multiple teams and programs. 

This would make you the ideal candidate: 

✨ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.  
✨ 5+ Years of experience working as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, Program Manager, or Delivery Lead. 
✨ Proven experience leading cross-functional Agile teams across product, engineering, QA, and design. 
✨ Strong knowledge of Scrum framework, Agile methodologies, and delivery best practices. 
✨ Demonstrated experience managing programs with multiple concurrent workstreams, including cross-team dependency management and integrated planning. 
✨ Ability to operate simultaneously at the team level (facilitating sprints, removing blockers) and at the program level (owning roadmap health, reporting to leadership, driving governance). 
✨ Track record of producing and maintaining executive-level reporting and program governance artifacts. 
✨ Experience managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication in complex, client-facing environments. 
✨ Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile management platforms. 
✨ Experience coordinating releases, hotfixes, and production deployments. 
✨ Active Scrum certification: CSM, PSM, or equivalent. 
✨ Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
