About the role: 

We seek a Senior Product Manager with a strong focus on Design Program Operations. If you are passionate about enabling teams to deliver consistent, high-quality digital experiences through operational rigor, design 
system adoption, and cross-functional program coordination, this is a great opportunity for you.
 

This role requires strong product thinking, a deep understanding of design-to-development workflows, and excellent communication skills. You will collaborate closely with design, engineering, QA, and data teams to translate business goals into scalable product solutions. You will own the operational backbone of digital experience initiatives — from design system enablement and requirements documentation through experimentation, coordination and personalization strategy — ensuring every initiative progresses efficiently and with measurable impact.

How you’ll contribute 🛠️ 

✅ Lead and coordinate design program operations, ensuring product and design initiatives are executed efficiently across design, engineering, QA, and content teams.
✅ Define and maintain product requirements, use cases, and documentation for digital experience initiatives, translating business goals into clear, actionable specifications.
✅ Build and maintain product backlogs, drive sprint planning, and ensure features progress efficiently through the Scrum lifecycle. 
✅ Partner with experimentation teams to define and coordinate A/B testing initiatives, using results to validate and iterate on digital experience strategies.
✅ Collaborate with data teams to identify user segments and web profile data opportunities that inform personalization and targeting decisions. 
✅ Support roadmap development and feature prioritization, balancing user needs, business value, and technical feasibility.  
✅ Serve as a senior point of contact, managing expectations and communicating proactively on program status and deliverables.

This would make you the ideal candidate 🚀 

✨ 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 
✨ Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM); additional exposure to comparable component-based CMS platforms is beneficial but not required.
✨ Proven experience coordinating programs across design, product, engineering, QA, and data teams. 
✨ Strong experience working with design systems — understanding their structure, driving adoption, and communicating component functionality to cross-functional teams. 
✨ Strong ability to write clear product documentation — requirements, use cases, business rules, and process flows.  
✨ Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments  and translating product objectives into actionable development requirements. 
✨ Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills. 
✨ Data-driven mindset, with experience defining metrics, measuring ROI, and supporting personalization or experimentation (A/B testing).
✨ This role is based in Santa Clara, California. Regular in-office collaboration is expected. (at least twice a week) 
Nice to have:
✨ Experience with A/B testing and experimentation workflows. 
✨ Experience working with web profile data and user segmentation to support personalization strategies. 
✨ Experience executing website personalization strategies using AEM or Adobe Experience Cloud tools. 
✨ Background in SEO strategy and its application to digital product decisions.
