About the project 

As we continue to grow, we are looking to add a Sr. Fullstack Developer to our team. If you are passionate about building robust, scalable digital experiences across the full stack and enjoy working with modern technologies in a collaborative, client-facing environment, this is a great opportunity for you. 

This is a service delivery, client-facing role that requires both strong technical expertise and effective communication skills. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop customized enterprise solutions — from responsive frontend components to backend services, cloud infrastructure, and third-party integrations.  

What you’ll do 

• Design and implement scalable fullstack solutions, developing both frontend components and backend services. 

• Build and customize frontend components and integrations using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React. 

• Implement backend logic using Java and Spring Boot, ensuring clean separation of concerns and maintainable code. 

• Design and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, including compute, storage, and serverless services. 

• Integrate with external APIs, enterprise systems, and third-party services using RESTful and GraphQL patterns. 

• Work with relational and NoSQL databases, ensuring data modeling best practices and performance optimization. 

• Validate, troubleshoot, and debug implementations across both frontend and backend layers, resolving issues efficiently. 

• Lead code reviews and enforce fullstack coding standards and best practices within the team. 

• Own end-to-end FE/BE integrations, ensuring seamless data flow and implementation quality across the full stack. 

• Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on development patterns across the full stack. 

• Collaborate with architects, UX/Design teams, and QA throughout the project lifecycle. 

• Communicate proactively with client stakeholders to provide updates, clarify requirements, and manage expectations. 

• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and deployment workflows. 

• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement). 

What makes you a great fit 🎯  

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 

• 5+ Years of experience working in fullstack or web development roles. 

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including modern frontend development practice. 

• Solid experience with Java and Spring Boot for backend development, including REST API design and service architecture. 

• Experience with React for frontend development. 

• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, or equivalent services). 

• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases in a backend development context. 

• Familiarity with DynamoDB and Redis for data storage and caching patterns. 

• Familiarity with AVSS S2 and Framework AVSS. 

• Familiarity with REST API design and integration patterns. 

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows. 

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. 

• Active use of AI coding tools as part of daily development workflow — particularly Windsurf and Claude. 

• Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
