About the project

As an IAM Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust security solutions to protect our organization's digital identities and manage access to critical systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM platforms, automate access workflows, and ensure compliance with security policies, playing a pivotal role in strengthening our overall cybersecurity posture.  

What you’ll do 

• Design and develop scalable IAM solutions, including identity provisioning, governance, and access management workflows. 

• Integrate corporate directories, cloud environments, and third-party applications with the core IAM platform. 

• Configure and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and federated identity protocols (such as SAML, OIDC, and OAuth). 

• Automate user lifecycle processes (onboarding, transfers, and offboarding) using low-code tools, scripting, or APIs to eliminate manual tasks. 

• Implement Principle of Least Privilege (PoLP) architectures and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models across the enterprise. 

• Collaborate with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment with data privacy regulations and internal audits. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity access management incidents, system bugs, and integration issues. 

• Develop custom connectors, scripts, and API integrations to extend the IAM platform’s functionality. 

• Maintain comprehensive documentation regarding IAM architectures, deployment procedures, and operational guidelines. 

What makes you a great fit 🎯  

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 

• 3+ Years of Hands-on IAM experience (Auth0, Okta, Keycloak, Cognito, Entra ID — FusionAuth is a plus). 

• Strong understanding of OAuth2 / OIDC / SSO. 

• 3+ Years of solid backend/full-stack experience (Java, .NET, or Node).

• Azure Cloud Experience
• Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
