About the project 

As a Senior AEM Content Author, you will be responsible for working to gather and understand the client's unique business requirements and to develop and build customized solutions to meet their technical needs. For that, you will be creating and maintaining awesome web pages on the Adobe Experience Manager CMS Platform. You will be part of a great team of developers that seeks to make an impact on our clients' business through what we do best: create creative, professional, and dynamic websites. In your day-to-day, you will be working with teams from all over the world, using agile methodologies and promoting the implementation of best practices at a technological level.  

What you’ll do 

• Assist in gathering requirements and assessing the content authoring needs of a given project.
• Select templates, components, and modules, adding/editing content (copy, images, video, tagging, SEO metadata), and composing web pages based on brand guidelines and stakeholder input.
• Manage assets and images within the Adobe Digital Asset Manager.
• Provide detailed authoring documentation.
• Analyse and understand end-to-end customer experiences to make sure all content is consistent in voice/tone/construction and technically correct.
• Interact frequently with clients.
• Communicate confidently and actively with customers throughout the project life cycle.
• Manage customer expectations appropriately and keep projects on schedule and within the scope. 

What makes you a great fit 🎯 

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ Years of experience working in marketing roles or similar.
• 2+ Years of experience authoring/managing content in the AEM platform.
• Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
