About the project 

As a Senior Backend C# Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and maintaining our high-performance, scalable backend systems. You will be a technical leader within our engineering team, driving architectural decisions, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the delivery of clean, secure, and maintainable code.  

What you’ll do 

• Deliver high-quality, clean, and maintainable code as a self-directed contributor, driving features and bug resolutions to ensure successful team sprints. 

• Architect and make critical implementation design decisions for new backend features and components. 

• Develop proactive contingency plans to mitigate technical risks in high-impact, critical projects. 

• Analyze technical requirements and design specifications alongside the team to accurately estimate level of effort (LOE) and complexity. 

• Author comprehensive, clear technical documentation for new features to facilitate seamless knowledge sharing among peers. 

• Design, write, and execute robust unit and integration tests to guarantee high code coverage and system reliability. 

• Participate in an on-call rotation to promptly monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production system incidents. 

• Conduct thorough peer code reviews, ensuring the team upholds code quality, architectural standards, and security. 

• Research and evaluate emerging technologies and framework updates to keep our tech stack modern and efficient. 
• Ensure all system designs and implementations strictly comply with our design libraries, internal best practices, and established coding conventions. 

What makes you a great fit 🎯 

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 

• 6+ Years of industry experience in programming large-scale SaaS products. 

• Experience working with C#, .NET 5+. 

• Strong experience working with Visual Studio. 

• Proficiency working with MongoDB. 

• Experience working with DynamoDB. 

• Experience working with Microservices Architecture. 

• Strong experience working with React and Next.js. 

• Experience working with PostgreSQL, SQL Server. 
• Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
