As a Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant, you will serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, operating independently in a fast-paced, global offshore environment. You will bring deep functional and financial expertise to support, enhance, and optimize enterprise ERP environments, translating complex business requirements into practical, scalable solutions across core finance and accounting processes. 

How your day-to-day work will look like: 

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical/development teams, ensuring business needs are clearly understood and translated into functional designs and solutions. 

• Provide functional and financial expertise across D365 Finance & Operations, supporting day-to-day production operations for enterprise ERP environments. 

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications and solution designs. 

• Support ERP production environments, including issue resolution, enhancements, and continuous optimization initiatives. 

• Apply strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes — Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Procurement, and Expense Management — to configure and support the relevant D365FO modules. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams across multiple legal entities, ensuring consistency and compliance across global operations. 

• Communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout project lifecycles. 

This would make you the ideal candidate: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.  

• Strong functional/financial expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. 

• Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional designs and solutions. 

• Experience supporting ERP production environments, including enhancements, issue resolution, and optimization initiatives. 

• Solid understanding of finance and accounting processes: AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Procurement, and Expense Management. 

• Experience operating as an offshore resource in a fast-paced, global environment. 
• Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
