Job Description

Northbeam is redefining how modern brands measure marketing performance. As we expand our ecosystem of platform integrations and agency partnerships, we’re hiring a Partner Operations Manager to be the backbone of our partner ecosystems. They will provide structure, visibility, and follow-through to everything we do across partnerships.

You’ll sit at the center of our integrations and partner motion—owning internal coordination, keeping GTM progress moving, and ensuring all stakeholders (Product, CX, Marketing, and Sales) stay aligned. If you’re highly organized, systems-driven, and great at internal communication, this role was built for you.

Responsibilities

  • Design, improve, and manage our internal partnership workflows and tracking systems i.e Notion, Hubspot, Slack, and Gong—ensuring they’re always accurate and up to date
  • Collaborate across teams and act as the internal point-of-contact for new integrations (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Klaviyo), i.e product and CX teams aligned on status and timelines
  • Track partner performance: develop and maintain KPIs, work with various customers/ stakeholders to identify bottle necks, under-performing areas, or high-performing partners.
  • Draft and distribute internal updates, Slack posts, and enablement documentation to communicate new partner launches, features, or pilot programs
  • Lead weekly cross-functional syncs with Product, CX, and Marketing to unblock key initiatives and track launch progress
  • Support the Partnerships team on ad credit programs, agency perks, and GTM pilots by ensuring strong internal visibility and execution
  • Design and manage partner processes: build repeatable workflows, onboarding, launch templates, and briefing documents that make every integration or program feel seamless and scalable
  • Handle contracts and documentation: ensure that legal agreements, certifications, and compliance requirements are properly managed

Qualifications

  • You’re highly organized and detail-oriented—comfortable managing multiple projects and follow-ups simultaneously
  • 2–5 years of experience in partnerships, business operations, or program/project coordination, ideally within SaaS or a tech startup
  • Experience working as project manager cross-functionally with product, CX, marketing, and sales teams
  • Proficient with Notion, Slack, Hubspot, and Gong—you know how to use these tools to drive clarity and alignment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you know how to keep stakeholders informed without adding noise

Preferred (not required)

  • Experience in marketing tech, ad tech, or the Shopify/DTC ecosystem
  • Exposure to attribution, media measurement, or performance marketing
  • Familiarity with partner enablement, co-marketing, or technical GTM programs

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
