About the Role
Northbeam is redefining how modern brands measure marketing performance. As we expand our ecosystem of platform integrations and agency partnerships, we’re hiring a Partner Operations Manager to be the backbone of our partner ecosystems. They will provide structure, visibility, and follow-through to everything we do across partnerships.
You’ll sit at the center of our integrations and partner motion—owning internal coordination, keeping GTM progress moving, and ensuring all stakeholders (Product, CX, Marketing, and Sales) stay aligned. If you’re highly organized, systems-driven, and great at internal communication, this role was built for you.
Your Impact
- Design, improve, and manage our internal partnership workflows and tracking systems i.e Notion, Hubspot, Slack, and Gong—ensuring they’re always accurate and up to date
- Collaborate across teams and act as the internal point-of-contact for new integrations (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Klaviyo), i.e product and CX teams aligned on status and timelines
- Track partner performance: develop and maintain KPIs, work with various customers/ stakeholders to identify bottle necks, under-performing areas, or high-performing partners.
- Draft and distribute internal updates, Slack posts, and enablement documentation to communicate new partner launches, features, or pilot programs
- Lead weekly cross-functional syncs with Product, CX, and Marketing to unblock key initiatives and track launch progress
- Support the Partnerships team on ad credit programs, agency perks, and GTM pilots by ensuring strong internal visibility and execution
- Design and manage partner processes: build repeatable workflows, onboarding, launch templates, and briefing documents that make every integration or program feel seamless and scalable
- Handle contracts and documentation: ensure that legal agreements, certifications, and compliance requirements are properly managed
What You Bring
- You’re highly organized and detail-oriented—comfortable managing multiple projects and follow-ups simultaneously
- 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business operations, or program/project coordination, ideally within SaaS or a tech startup
- Experience working as project manager cross-functionally with product, CX, marketing, and sales teams
- Proficient with Notion, Slack, Hubspot, and Gong—you know how to use these tools to drive clarity and alignment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you know how to keep stakeholders informed without adding noise
Bonus Skills & Experience
- Experience in marketing tech, ad tech, or the Shopify/DTC ecosystem
- Exposure to attribution, media measurement, or performance marketing
- Familiarity with partner enablement, co-marketing, or technical GTM programs
Base Salary Range
$90,000 - $130,000 USD
Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and location.
