As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our inside sales team and looking for motivated professionals who excel at building relationships and driving results.

Position Overview

The Rehash Representative (Inside Sales) plays a critical role in converting warm leads into scheduled opportunities for our sales team. This position focuses on reconnecting with homeowners who have already completed an initial consultation but have not yet moved forward.

This is a high-impact, high-activity role centered on outbound follow-up… no cold calling required. You will engage with interested prospects, address questions or concerns, and guide them toward the next step in the buying process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Re-engage homeowners via phone, text, and email to renew interest in roofing services
  • Build rapport quickly and establish trust through clear, professional communication
  • Identify customer needs, address objections, and provide relevant solutions
  • Educate homeowners on products, services, and financing options
  • Schedule follow-up consultations (re-presentations) for the sales team
  • Maintain and manage a structured pipeline using CRM systems
  • Complete high-volume outbound outreach (60+ calls per day) with consistency
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and next steps
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine outreach strategies
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in inside sales, customer service, or call center environments
  • Background in home improvement, roofing, or construction sales
  • Experience with rehash, retention, or follow-up sales strategies
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and outbound dialer tools
  • Experience discussing pricing, financing, or handling objections

Compensation 

Competitive hourly base pay with uncapped commission - On-target earnings of $60,000–$75,000 annually
