What You’ll Do — Make Every Patient Feel Seen, Heard, and Valued

✨ Welcome patients with warmth and genuine care — you are their first smile
✨ Support our clinical team chairside when needed, helping create seamless, stress-free visits
✨ Prepare and maintain clean, organized operatories that reflect our high standards
✨ Coordinate schedules, confirmations, and follow-ups with precision and empathy
✨ Guide patients through billing, insurance, and financial conversations with confidence and clarity
✨ Keep the clinic running smoothly with inventory management and administrative support
✨ Be a vital part of a positive, uplifting team culture where everyone supports one another

Who You Are — The Heart of the Patient Experience

You’re someone who naturally connects with people. You stay calm in the busy moments, organized in the chaos, and always lead with kindness.

✔ Experience in a dental clinic (clinical or administrative) is a strong asset
✔ Familiarity with dental terminology and infection control protocols preferred
✔ Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
✔ Detail-oriented, dependable, and always one step ahead
✔ Experience with Dentrix or other dental software is a bonus
