Northmarq is looking for a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of personalized customer journeys across email, web, and other digital channels. This role blends technical expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub Enterprise with strategic marketing insight to deliver campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, and client loyalty.

Position Responsibilities:

Strategy & Execution

  • Manage HubSpot Marketing Hub Enterprise, including campaign architecture, audience segmentation, lead scoring, and workflow automation
  • Build and optimize multi-step nurture programs, dynamic content, and landing pages to support lifecycle marketing, brand marketing, and lead generation
  • Translate business objectives into actionable marketing automation strategies that align with Northmarq’s commercial real estate services
  • Collaborate with business marketing leads to design demand generation strategies and campaign messaging
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with sales processes and integrated with Salesforce CRM

Performance & Optimization

  • Partner with sales operations, corporate marketing, and data teams to improve lead tracking, scoring, and reporting
  • Monitor campaign performance and engagement trends to drive continuous improvement
  • Deliver reporting and insights through dashboards and executive summaries to support data-driven decisions
  • Maintain compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and internal data governance policies
  • Stay current on HubSpot capabilities and marketing automation trends to recommend new tools and methods

Platform Expertise & Collaboration

  • Serve as the internal expert on HubSpot and its integration with Salesforce
  • Provide training and support to marketing team members and stakeholders
  • Lead QA and testing processes to ensure campaign accuracy and performance
  • Collaborate with the Digital Product Owner to evaluate platform enhancements and integrations that support evolving business needs

Data Segmentation & Governance

  • Develop and maintain advanced segmentation strategies using HubSpot lists, workflows, and behavioral data
  • Ensure data accuracy and hygiene across HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Maintain an up-to-date opt-in database and manage communication preferences
  • Recommend and implement platform integrations to enhance campaign capabilities

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, preferably in B2B or financial services
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), customer lifecycle strategies, and data privacy compliance
  • Experience developing journey maps and lifecycle frameworks
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email templates and advanced campaign analytics
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across departments
  • Experience with Jira, Asana, or other project management technology.

Minnesota Residents: Northmarq carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The salary range for the Senior Marketing Automation Specialist position is $85,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually. This range is a good faith estimate and the actual compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
