The Northmarq Servicing team is searching for a Loan Operations Analyst out of our Bloomington office. This position requires a deadline-driven, organized, and detail-minded individual with a high level of expertise and knowledge of commercial loan servicing. The core responsibilities involve a higher-level analysis of data and oversight of records, processes and systems. In addition, this position will be required to provide training and mentoring to others. Additional responsibilities may be added to adapt to company growth.

Specific Responsibilities
- Provide premier customer service to lenders, borrowers, other Northmarq staff, and outside vendors.
- Deliver an exceptional work product that reflects a high level of accuracy and expertise.
- Demonstrate expertise in onboarding all loan types into the system. Manage weekly reporting and general oversight of the function, including training of team members and quality control.
- Prepare and deliver Delinquency Reporting.
- Compile and deliver annual compliance reporting. Coordinate various audits. Ensure the process is seamless.
- Analyze payment processing requests and ensure accurate daily application of incoming funds. Identify errors and seek timely resolution.
- Set up and maintain investor information on servicing system. Understand big picture and provide excellent operational support to Servicing.
- Demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills, researches, analyzes risks and provides possible solutions to problems.
- Research, develop, and modify department policies and procedures. Provide and implement ideas on process changes to maximize efficiencies.
- Analyzes data and processes, locates and corrects inconsistencies to ensure no impact to others.
- Assists servicing with various projects as needed.
- Ensure integrity of data and consistency is maintained in all Servicing systems and in line with the general accepted recordkeeping principles. Make sure the Servicing department is following industry standards and best practices pertaining to retention and managing information/records.
- Coordinate system upgrades. Audit data integrity in various systems. Provide expertise and support for system maintenance on all platforms.
- Expert at training, develops training plans and provides timely feedback for growth and development.
- Perform other reasonable tasks/projects, as assigned.
What we're looking for
- Education: Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Business
- Work Experience: 1-3 years of related office experience. Background in commercial lending or servicing, preferred.
- Competencies:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Excel and Word.
- Familiar with commercial loan terminology.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and assignments; able to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Excellent/Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Premier customer service skills
- Display initiative, decision making and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy required
- Able to quickly learn new software and systems, able to provide support to the servicing department on various systems.
- Ability to work independently and within a team, with minimal supervision.

Minnesota Residents: Northmarq carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The salary range for the Loan Operations Analyst position is $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 annually. This range is a good faith estimate and the actual compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
