Northmarq is seeking a dynamic individual for the role of a Marketing/Graphic Design Specialist to support our marketing and transaction efforts for our Multifamily Investment Sales teams in the Charlotte office. The position entails working with a diverse group of stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and the individual will require independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment. This position will play a key role in assisting Sales Teams with graphic design, e-marketing, and photo editing in the promotion of our real estate listings including the deliverables and marketing campaigns.
*This position is an in-office position with an immediate near term start date.
Position Responsibilities:
Marketing & Business Development Material Design/Creation:
- Coordinate and prepare pitchbooks and business development materials with regional offices, graphic designers, and corporate Marketing Communications
- Develop custom marketing packages including pitches, BOVs, OMs, marketing updates, and any other marketing materials
- Customize and adapt templates to align with specific deal strategies and broker team needs
Content & Communications:
- Draft and submit transaction announcements for distribution across news media, social media, and northmarq.com
- Develop and manage an editorial calendar for local office content across social and web platforms
- Incorporate market research and reports into marketing materials and messaging
Digital Marketing & Distribution:
- Create, manage, and deploy marketing email campaigns using the company’s marketing automation platform
- Serve as a resource to brokers and sales professionals on marketing automation tools and best practices
- Utilize Salesforce to build and refine targeted contact lists for outreach
Performance Tracking & Optimization:
- Analyze campaign performance and engagement metrics, document for client facing materials
- Provide recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and reach
What We're Looking For:
- Educational Background and Professional Experience: Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, along with hands-on experience in Marketing Operations, Graphic Design, Transaction Management, and Broker Coordination, or a related discipline, but relevant direct work experience will also be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Proficient in various software, notably Adobe CC suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Express are essential) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, MS Teams, Word).
- Experience utilizing marketing automation tools and database programs like HubSpot, Salesforce, RCM, or equivalent alternatives.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication, as well as strong presentation skills.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
- Demonstrates resourcefulness with a proactive approach, capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Ability to cultivate and sustain strong business relationships and commitment to superior client service.
- Demonstrated leadership potential with skills in leadership and training.
- Commitment to maintaining sensitive and confidential information.
- Candidates will be required to provide a portfolio link or work samples showcasing their marketing and graphic design expertise, with a focus on print layout or multi-page design projects.
