Systems Engineer (TS/SCI Clearance Required)

North Point Technology is seeking an experienced TS/SCI Cleared Systems Engineer to provide mission critical support.  The successful candidate will have a strong software development background.  In this role, the successful candidate will develop an understanding of the services offered to external organizations, provide lifecycle systems engineering support to development and operations on the program, and use a combination of technical and functional expertise to recommend solutions to satisfy customer requirements.  

Required Skills:

• Proactive self-starter demonstrating a positive, willing attitude and excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong software development experience
• Experience with System Engineering documentation creation (network diagrams, data flows, etc.)
• Firm understanding of object-oriented design , data structures and design patterns
• Experience designing and developing UI/UX that simplify complex workflows while keeping designs flexible
• Experience working with large code bases
• Database experience such as PostgreSQL
• Experience with Microsoft .NET ecosystem tools such as VB .NET , C# , C++, Visual Studio, WPF

Qualifications:

• Active Top-Secret SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline plus a minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Systems Engineer.
