Systems Engineer (TS/SCI CI Poly Clearance Required)

North Point Technology is seeking a TS/SCI CI Poly cleared Systems Engineer to join our team!

As a Systems Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and integration of mission-critical IT infrastructure and software solutions. This role blends technical depth with project leadership, supporting enterprise systems across diverse environments. You will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to define system requirements, manage schedules, and deliver integrated IT capabilities including COTS tools, custom configurations, and secure infrastructure components.

Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering efforts across IT hardware, COTS software, and architectural solutions

• Define and manage system requirements, integration plans, and verification strategies

• Develop and manage project schedules using Microsoft Project and agile tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA

• Support system design and implementation activities for infrastructure components including Windows Server, VMware, DevSecOps pipelines, monitoring tools, and cross-domain solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions in a secure, mission-oriented environment

Required Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI with adjudicated CI Polygraph (must be active before start)

• 3+ years of experience delivering integrated IT infrastructure or software solutions

• Experience with system engineering lifecycle processes: requirements, design, integration, and verification

• Proficiency in schedule management tools and agile methodologies

• Familiarity with IT infrastructure tools such as Windows Server, VMware, storage solutions, and monitoring/configuration technologies

Desired Certifications:

• Security+, CISSP, or SSCP (preferred but not required)
