Operations / Infrastructure Analyst (AMR Deployment)

North Point Technology is hiring Operations / Infrastructure Analysts to support a global deployment of Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) systems across manufacturing environments. This role is ideal for a hands-on Linux professional who can provision compute environments, deploy software stacks, and maintain stable operations across multiple production sites.

Responsibilities:

• Provision, configure, and maintain Linux-based compute environments supporting AMR systems across global manufacturing locations
• Install and support AMR software stacks in production environments, ensuring system stability and performance
• Perform system administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting across distributed infrastructure
• Support deployment activities across multiple sites in North America and Europe
• Develop and maintain standardized documentation for system configurations, processes, and operational procedures
• Partner with engineering and operations teams to ensure reliable system performance in live manufacturing environments

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Linux system administration or infrastructure operations
• Strong experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) or similar Linux distributions
• Experience with server provisioning, system configuration, and operational support
• Ability to troubleshoot system-level issues in production environments
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting manufacturing, robotics, or warehouse environments
• Experience working with distributed systems across multiple locations
• Exposure to automation tools or scripting for system administration
